Catherine Lapinski

Catherine Lapinski, 63, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. She was born in Jersey City and was a lifelong resident of Bayonne. Catherine received her nursing degree from St. Francis School of Nursing and later earned her Master’s degree in Acute care. She served as the Assistant Vice President of Nursing at Beth Israel Medical Center.

Catherine was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Eileen Lapinski. She is the loving mother of Elizabeth Lapinski; the dear sister of Patricia Lapinski and Michael Lapinski, Sr.; and the cherished aunt of Taylor, Scott, Corey, Michael, Kyle, Julia, Faith, and Madison.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the S. Fryczynski & Son Funeral Home, 857 Kennedy Boulevard, Bayonne.

A Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bayonne. Committal services will follow at Rosehill Crematory, Linden.
